Step by step

1. Collect (at the patient)

Open the cupOpen carefully and do not pour out the liquid. Keep the cup upright.

Collect the sampleUse the internal stem to fill the collector. Do not exceed its capacity.

Close and sendClose the cup carefully and send it to the laboratory.

2. Analyze (in the laboratory)

ShakeShake the bottle in circles until dissolved, then remove the sealing cap.

Place on the trayInvert the bottle on the sedimentation tray and leave it for 15 minutes.

ExamineDrip onto a glass slide, add Lugol or another stain and view under the microscope.
